For 15 years MobilSense has supported UScellular’s business customers with our MobilSentry reporting portal and we hope to continue to provide you service going forward. For all current UScellular customers, we will support you throughout your service migration period. You will be able to view, in a single familiar portal, all devices as they change from UScellular rate plans to T-Mobile or to another carrier of your choosing while maintaining history and all cost account coding. Below are questions with answers related to this migration process.
If your device count is reduced or you see terminated status on the devices, this means that some or all of your services have been ported over to T-Mobile rate plans. We can load T-Mobile invoices in MobilSentry but to do that we would need your company to provide us the latest T-Mobile pdf invoice or login access to your T-Mobile Account Hub portal. Invoices for UScellular are automatically set to us for loading but that is not the case for T-Mobile invoices. It will require your assistance to provide us access to the invoices. To work through that process please contact Guy Glaus (gglaus@mobilsense.com).
Ideally you have been or will be contacted by your assigned T-Mobile rep to provide information on your migration. Depending upon your device types and age of devices, the process may not be entirely seamless. There may be actions required on the part of subscribers such as powering on or off the device. There may be a need to switch eSims or in some cases the service number may need to be ported to a temporary number and then back to your number to retain the original number. As a T-Mobile Solution Provider, we are very familiar with this process and can work with you and the T-Mobile team to make this as smooth as possible. To engage our assistance in your porting efforts please contact Guy Glaus (gglaus@mobilsense.com)
MobilSense is also an authorized Solution Provider for both AT&T and Verizon. That status gives us insight into the latest promotions offered by these carriers. We would be glad to do an analysis on any current UScellular lines that you do not intend to port to T-Mobile. We can provide you pricing options and assist in any ports to either of those carriers. Contact Guy Glaus (gglaus@mobilsense.com) to learn more.
Unfortunately, you will experience a decline in functionality and usability compared to MobilSentry. With some clients we have experienced a loss of names and accounting information in the transition. There are other cases where a new device was needed to complete the port.
Carrier portals are comprised of multiple menus and focus on generating raw export outputs to review and handle the data. MobilSentry provides more graphical and intuitive access with the ability to click and easily drilldown to additional detail. We also provide distributed access to the invoice reports based on hierarchy, something carrier portals cannot do. We hope to be able to provide our service to you moving forward with your T-Mobile invoices. This will ensure that you retain any HR mapping and accounting data you have linked to service numbers. In that way you will also retain historical invoice data which will be lost in a migration that doesn’t retain MobilSentry.

Our relationship with UScellular limited us to a small part of our overall offering – an enhanced reporting portal.
