Mobile Financial Management

Customers using MobilSentry today have a limited version of our full financial management capabilities.  For 15 years, MobilSense has been the provider of UScellular’s reporting functionality for selected business customers.  The functions we have provided have been subsidized by UScellular and includes many but not all of our suite of reporting capabilities.

Additionally, some clients have extended their usage to include the ability to input cost accounting values matched to subscriber devices to streamline monthly cost allocation and payment processes.  Capturing cost center represents a subset of our cost allocation full capabilities.

To existing UScellular clients of ours, we are extending a limited-time promotion to accomplish the following:

• A seamless reporting interface through the migration of plans to T-Mobile.
• Preservation of billing history
• New automated provisioning workflow including fulfillment processing and tracking
• Expanded functionality to include full reporting capability, along with invoice validation & optimization
• Full cost allocation functionality

Full Service Capabilities

An expanded set of reporting and analytics is available along with invoice validation, cost allocation and automated provisioning to all of our UScellular clients on all our supported carriers for the US and Canada.

Reporting & Analytics offers a broad range of predefined browser reports with single-click drilldown to subscriber including cost and usage details. Also included is a set of decision-making dashboards and  powerful reporting tools to create custom graphics as well as access to existing pre-defined trending reports.

Invoice Optimization generates invoice savings by assisting in carrier interactions, including staying on top of the latest carrier promotions. It also includes plan & feature optimization monitoring and identification of unused lines.

Cost Allocation improves financial accuracy by maintaining accurate user-to-device mapping with each month’s billing cycle.  Detailed cost tracking by user and device ensures accurate and timely chargeback reporting.

Automated Provisioning enables delegating order placement to departments with a standard and controlled process. Role-based catalogs only reveal devices appropriate to job titles. Our ordering workflow permits customizing placement to a variety of customer needs, such as management approval and role-based device catalogs.
