Dave founded MobilSense Technologies in July 2001. Prior to MobilSense, Dave spent 20+ years marketing and
selling enterprise software solutions, and spearheading numerous new business technology ventures.
He was instrumental in Hewlett Packard’s successful move into Unix servers during the late 1980s and early 1990s.
Subsequently, he was named Vice President of Marketing for Candle Corporation (a privately held systems management
company), and also served as General Manager of its Distributed Systems Unit. |

Chris has a lengthy career in software marketing and sales with a proven track record in a variety
of disciplines and markets. Prior to joining MobilSense Chris was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Ecora
Software where he lead them to record growth despite a sluggish economy marked by a vast decline in IT spending.
Between 1995 and 2001 his leadership resulted in achieving 60% market share and 79% CAGR in the GroupWare market
for Candle Corporation. There he served as Business Unit Vice President and General Manager. Prior to joining Candle,
Chris helped high tech start ups build market traction as a management consultant and drove explosive growth for
companies like NetManage and EMC Corporation as a member of senior management teams. |

Doug has a 29-year history in sales and sales management in high tech sales. He has assisted a
number of small and medium size companies building greater sales momentum as a management consultant. Doug was a member
of the executive team at Cotelligent, a publicly traded IT Solutions Provider. He was also a member
of the management team that built American Digital Technologies from a small company to a significant acquisition
candidate for Cotelligent. In sales management at Digital Equipment Corporation (now HP), he was
instrumental in developing the "Inland Empire" which became one of its most successful business units. |

A founder of MegaHertz Corporation, David grew that company to over $100m in revenue guiding the sales and
marketing efforts. After orchestrating a successful acquisition by U.S. Robotics, David has been involved in a
number of entrepreneurial ventures. He is recognized for his strategic insight and proven success in guiding
early-stage companies. |

Lane is a 17-year IT veteran with an in-depth background in telecommunications billing, back office, and provisioning
systems; and decision-support and OLTP applications. Prior to MobilSense, he co-founded Terrapin Technologies, a
software consultancy, and served as Director of Development at CSG Systems, and as Corporate Data Administrator for
Intermountain Health Care. |
